Emotional Wellness 101

A safe and inviting space designed specifically for students to come together, share their experiences, and engage in meaningful discussions about mental health topics. This workshop series is not only about learning; it’s about relax, talking story, and fostering a sense of community where everyone feels heard and supported. In our fast-paced world, emotional wellness is crucial for overall well-being. Each session will provide an opportunity to delve into common emotional concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management, perfectionism, and stress management. Our goal is to create an interactive environment where participants can share their thoughts and feelings, learn from one another, and develop valuable coping strategies.
