Student Employee Training: Effective Communication in the Workplace

Human Resources is offering paid training for all student employees where they will learn phone and email etiquette, how to provide excellent customer service, and the importance of feedback. The training will take place on Wednesday, February 22, from 11 am- 12 pm. All BYU–Hawaii student employees are invited to attend. This is paid training so students should receive permission from their manager to attend and must clock in for the hour. Light refreshments will also be provided. Student employees can register by filling out the form on the Human Resources website.
