Out of 15 competing teams, one will be crowned the 2023 Canoe Race champion. We will have 3 teams racing at a time for roughly 75 meters (we have two buoys). The top 9 teams will move on and be timed once again.
Then the top 3 teams will have a non-timed race for placement first, second and third winner placements.
Food will be provided as well as live drumming. While the race is in progress, there will be beach games like volleyball, spikeball, and cornhole toss available for all attendees.
Buses are scheduled to leave at both 7 am and 7:30 am. Only 8 out of the 15 teams will be taking the first bus, while the second bus has 40 seats available.
