COVID-19 Screening at PCC

Saturday, April 18
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Polynesian Cultural Center Parking Lot

There will be a drive-thru COVID-19 test site here in Laie. Physicians will be on-site to do screenings and give tests to those who qualify.

You should get screened and tested if:

  • Any person(s) in your home have tested positive for COVID-19.
  • You are having these symptoms: shortness of breath, dry cough, fever-achy body, tiredness.
  • You are having any of the symptoms above and person(s) in your workplace have tested positive or you work in the service or healthcare industry.

Bring your ID, insurance card (if you have) and a pen to fill out your registration form. Patients will not pay for screening or testing—not even a co-pay. You will remain in your car and will not get out. Bikes and walk-ups are welcome.
