On Friday, December 16, at 12 pm, there will be a special meeting via Zoom to help everyone learn how to stay healthy during the holidays. Guest speakers for this event are diabetes and wellness experts Naomi Fukuda, with The Queen’s Medical Center-West Oahu, and Dr. Alan Parsa, with the Diabetes Research and Education Center of the Pacific.
