Michelle Blimes and Réka Bordás-Simon will be teaching physical, verbal, and mental self-defense skills through games, activities and discussion. Participants will learn awareness, boundary setting, and basic physical moves to protect themselves in a variety of situations.
Join this month’s session on Wednesday, February 22 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm in Fitness Studio 3. All women from the university and community are welcome to attend.
