Come join Emotional Wellness 101 this week as we explore the topic of anxiety in an open and welcoming group session. Anxiety is a common feeling that affects many of us, especially students balancing the demands of school, personal life, and future plans. But did you know that anxiety isn’t always negative? It can be a natural response to stress and even motivate us to perform well. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for students to drop in, chat, and share their experiences in a relaxed, supportive environment. Led by a weekly theme, these sessions foster an open dialogue where everyone’s story matters. Whether you’ve experienced anxiety or are just looking to learn more, this is a great space to connect with others, gain insights, and build emotional wellness together.
