Join the BYU International Center for Law and Religion Studies and the Religious Freedom and Human Dignity Initiative for the Asian Perspectives on Human Dignity Conference! The conference will be happening on April 17 to 18 in the HGB, and is open to all students, faculty, and community members interested in learning more about human dignity from an Asian perspective. How is human dignity understood from various Asian perspectives? How can we improve respect for human dignity as a universal human value? We welcome the public to hear leading scholars from Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, and Vietnam, who will discuss these and other questions at the conference.
