Conference organizers, librarians, faculty reps, and student ambassadors will meet students and faculty interested in the 2024 Undergraduate Research Conference in the BYUH Library on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, from 5-7 pm. Each student will be met by greeters at the door to give instructions about what to do on their voyage that evening. Students and faculty will then walk around to each of the five stations in the library, where they interact with each station according to directions on the URC MyBYUH page. By the end of the five stations, students will take their completed participation through the app to the food station and get their meal. The five stations are JFS Librarians (research help), 2024 URC Faculty Reps (mentor info and topic help) paired with a student ambassador from their area (past presenter testimonials), Student Interns (general conference info), Intersections Journal (publication opportunity after URC), and Counseling Center (resilience information and resources).
