The Happiest Songs on Earth

"The Happiest Songs on Earth!" Studio Orchestra Concert

Saturday, March 25
7:30 PM

Come hear "The Happiest Songs on Earth!"

This is the final performance of the year by BYU–Hawaii Studio Orchestra and jazz vocal groups under the direction of Dr. Daniel Henderson. They'll bring back to life the songs of overwhelming joy, positivity, and laughter that emerged from the darkest years of the Great Depression and World War II (1929 to 1945), including "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah," "Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive," "Over the Rainbow" and more, exactly as they were recorded at Capitol Records in Hollywood decades ago.

Lobby exhibits open at 6:30 pm. Seating opens at 7:00 pm. Arrive early as seating is limited to 400 and another full house is expected. All ages welcome. Jazz club atmosphere.
