This is a rendered image of the design for new hales, specifically Hale 11. This view is a corner perspective of the entrance as well as two of the sides of the building. This is a four-story building. Many possible materials are shown in this photo, such as brick, concrete, and steel. The outside walls consist of multiple windows from the rooms. Each floor has a balcony/patio that will allow for breezes to come into the building. Grass and shrubbery will surround each of the hales. The patio on the ground floor will be covered overhead by a roof with steel beams holding it up. The building has multiple colors. The fourth floor outside walls are painted a bright turquoise blue. The second and third floor outdoor walls are painted white. The ground floor outside walls are a light matte gray.
